The employees and clientele were so diverse as to be scary. Neither ice maker on wing worked. Channel up/down on remote didn't work.

Shula's is neat, clean and close to shops and restaurants.

The shower had no hot water, the restaurant was very expensive.

We stayed at Shula's only one night, before our cruise. Overall, we enjoyed the experience. The hotel was very busy and apparently full of girls soccer teams. Everyone was well behaved and courteous to other guests, and the hotel staff was numerous and instantly ready to assist the guests when needed. It is a beautiful hotel, very neat, very clean both inside and on the meticulously manicured grounds. The hotel was in a desirable location. It was within walking distance of several restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.

Our hotel stay was quite pleasant. We were able to walk to everything we needed. The hotel and surrounding area were clean and presentable. It was a lovely experience.
